RS 1 - Residential Service
- Monthly service fee: $12.00 per month

- Energy waste reduction surcharge: $0.00341 per kWh
- Low income emergency assistance fund: $1.50 per month
GS 1 - Commercial Service
This rate will be applied to single- and three-phase customers. This includes commercial, institutional, government, farm, and other customers. The monthly Maximum Measured Demand of customers served on this rate shall not exceed 50 kilowatts (kW) for three or more months in a consecutive 12-month period.
GS 1 customers shall be transferred into the appropriate demand class as soon as the application conditions of that class have been met.

CP 1 - Small Power Service (>50 kW)
This rate will be applied to customers for all types of service if their monthly Maximum Measured Demand is in excess of 50 kilowatts (kW) per month for three or more months in a consecutive 12-month period, but not greater than 500 kW per month for three or more months in a consecutive 12-month period.
Customers billed on this rate shall continue to be billed on this rate until their monthly Maximum Measured Demand is less than 50 kilowatts kW per month for 12 consecutive months.

- Distribution demand charge: $0.50/kW
- Demand charge: $2.00/kW
- Energy rate: $0.1349 per kWh

CP 2 - Large Power Service (>500 kW)
This rate will be applied to customers for all types of service if their monthly Maximum Measured Demand is in excess of 500 kilowatts (kW) per month for three or more months in a consecutive 12-month period.
Customers billed on this rate shall continue to be billed on this rate until their monthly Maximum Measured Demand is less than 500 kW per month for 12 consecutive months.

New Service
- Customer pays 100% of the cost of labor and materials for a standard new service and 100% of the incremental cost above standard cost for a non-standard service request. All new services must be inspected.
Service Upgrade
- Customer pays 100% of a service upgrade requested by the customer. The utility pays for 100% of a service upgrade initiated by the utility. All upgraded services must be inspected.

Residential Service
- Monthly service fee: $42.00 up to 4,000 gallons
- Usage rate: $9.81 per 1,000 gallons over 4,000 gallons
Commercial Service
- Monthly service fee: $42.00 up to 4,000 gallons
- Usage rate: $9.81 per 1,000 gallons over 4,000 gallons
General
- New service – 4” tap: $300.00 plus time & cost of materials
- New service – larger than 4” tap: $600.00 plus time & cost of materials
- Sewer Camera Inspection: $75.00
Water
Residential Service
- Monthly service fee: $43.00 up to 4,000 gallons
- Usage rate: $7.90 per 1,000 gallons over 4,000 gallons
- Water Meter Replacement: $200.00 plus time & cost of materials
- Summer Water Meter: $150.00
Commercial Service
- Monthly service fee: $53.00 up to 4,000 gallons
- Usage rate: $7.90 per 1,000 gallons over 4,000 gallons
Township Service
- Monthly service fee: $45.50 up to 4,000 gallons
